Terenzo is Confirmed!

It has been confirmed! Terenzo Bozzone will be returning to City Bikes IRONMAN® 70.3 Miami to defend his title. In 2012, the South African professional triathlete won the coveted 1st place in City Bikes IRONMAN® 70.3 Miami race with a time of 3:42:17. Terenzo Bozzone is no rookie in the sport.  He shares his time between New Zealand and America training and competing. During high school he accumulated 22 National Titles in triathlon, cycling, athletics and cross country. He has 5 World Championship titles to his name including 2 World Junior Duathlon, 2 World Junior Triathlon titles and won the 70.3 World Championship Title in 2008 establishing a course record. After struggling with an Achilles injury for most of the 2011 / 2012 season, Terenzo is well on his way back to being a dominant force over the 70.3 distance.

There is no doubt that Terenzo is a force to be reckoned with. This athlete has twenty 70.3 victories under his belt and is looking forward to coming back to Miami to defend his title at the City Bikes IRONMAN® 70.3 Miami at the end of October. The question now is: Who will step up and try to defeat the champion? Come October 27th, and let the best triathlete win.
